All images featured on this site are the property of Finhill Figures. They are not to be used without consent for any purpose away from this site or re-published.
Commission work undertaken will also have images, these too will also be the property of Finhill Figures.
Orders
All orders need to confirmed in writing either by email or via our "Quick Order" page which acknowledges your order and payment. The acknowledgement via Quick order constitutes (in part or in full) a contract under the Distance selling rules.
Once your order has been received, we will confirm your order detailing models to be painted, what standard and basing. This will form as contract between you the customer and us, Finhill Figures. The amout to pay, deposit and how to pay the deposit of 35%. Our Order Confirmation will also provide you with an estimated despatch date, and a unique URL for use on our website where images will be uploaded for you to view at your convenience. They will may also be uploaded onto our Facebook page. You will be notified of this. We undertake to get all orders completed within a 6 week timeframe if not sooner, but during busy periods this may be extended and you will be advised on your order confirmation. Your order will start work 7 DAYS after we we have recieved your deposit and figures (if supplied by you!). This provides you with a cancelation period under the Distance Selling rules..
Pricing
All pricing advertised on this site and provided by quotes will be in GBP.
With exception of quotes given for non advertised services, we reserve the right to change the without notice and at any time.
Payment
We accept payments via Credit/debit card, paypal and bank transfer and are to be paid in GBP. For your protection we ask you not to send cash in the post as we are not liable for this. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES.
Upon sending our Order Confirmation, we will send an invoice via Paypal for the deposit of 35% of the total amount quoted with the exception of our "Quick Order" process, "Gift Vouchers", "Painted Sets", "ebay.co.uk" and "Bundle deals". This deposit is non refundable once work has commenced or if we have ordered merchandise such as figures to fulfill your order. You are able to cancel the order in line with our cancelation clause below.
Once your order has been completed, we will invoice you for the outstanding balance.
Gift Vouchers, Painted sets, ebay.co.uk and Bundle Deals will require payment in full before goods are shipped
Quick Order sets the painting costs as an upfront cost. In the event that we have to supply the goods, an invoice will be sent upon completion for the goods at our advertised rate (10% OFF manufacturers RRP). Quick Order does not facilitate discounts given, for either our incentives or order volume. In the event that there is an overcharge, this will be refunded or held with prior agreement to offset any cost for supplying your goods.
Refunds
Where it has been agreed that a refund is due, this will given via paypal. If the refund is for goods ordered the refund will be issued once we are in receipt of the goods. Shipping goods back to us is at your cost not excluding the clause for import - please see our returns policy below.
Non Payment
In the rare instances that no payment is made, no work will be commenced without a deposit and goods where applicable will not be ordered.
If after 7 days of sending a final balance invoice the outstanding balance remains, we will send a reminder. Your goods will be retained by us until such time as we receive the outstanding monies from you. If after a period of 90 days there is still no payment forthcoming, we reserve the right without malice or prejudice to recoup our costs which invariably means selling your products online either on this site or a site we have nominated. There will be no recompense or refunds due to you in this event.

Cancelation of Order
We understand that there maybe times that you need to cancel your order. All orders are given a 7 day cancelation period. You are, however, able to cancel your order at any time.
All cancelations will need to notified in writing to us. Any deposits paid will be refunded to you unless we have commenced work and notified you. Uploading photographic evidence to the unique URL provided to you constitutes notification. We will also retain the deposit if we had to order goods for you.
Goods ordered for you will be returned to you and charged at the full Retail price as featured on the manufacturers site plus 10% handling fee up to the value of the original deposit. This also includes shipping the goods to you which will be charged at the advertised Royal Mail tracking services rate (recorded / airsure) and incur a 10% handling fee (or our standard shipping rate, which ever is the higher). Any excess in goods or monies will be retained by us.
Any goods supplied by you will be returned so long as they have not been painted (part or otherwise). All shipping costs will be your responsibility which we will charge at Royal Mails advertised tracking service rates plus 10% (or our standard shipping rate, which ever is the higher). Goods painted (part or otherwise) will be chargable at our advertised rate excluding any given discounts and liable to our non payment clause above.
These additional fees are chargable as the original contract confirmed by our Order Confirmation would have been broken by you.
If we need to cancel the order for any reason, we will issue you a full refund, retaining any goods completed at that stage (unless supplied by you)
Shipping:
Our shipping rates are as follows and are applicable world wide:
Order value up to and including £24.99, 15% additional of total order value
Orders from £25 - £499.99 will incur an additional 10% of the total order value fee
Orders of £500.00 or over will have free postage
These rates are are not applicable in the event of a cancelation of order where costs will be charged as advised in that clause.
Goods will be bubble wrapped and boxed to insure they are protected in transit. We cannot be liable for any damage or loss caused by the respective postal services globally. Goods will be sent by a tracking service from either Royal Mail or a courier nominated by us. We reserve the right to send via the most economical method which provides both the correct level of insurance (to cover against loss and damage) and shipping.
Once the goods have been shipped you will be notified of the carrier and the tracking number.
We welcome any arrangement for you to sort a carrier subject to prior agreement.
IMPORT & EXPORT DUTY
Unless previously agreed between you and Finhill Figures, we cannot be liable for any duty charged for either import or export of any goods. Any import duty charged for recieving your goods will be charged once the order has been completed and itemised on the invoice at cost.
We will do our best to limit any export duty, but in the event that any does arise this cost will be your liability.
Returns
Returns are accepted under the Distance Selling Regulations if items are unused and not a bespoke order. All items MUST be returned to us in the same condition as they were received. All return postage costs are payable by the you and are non-refundable, and if an exchange / correction is requested, you will be required to pay additional postage, unless a mistake by ourselves has been acknowledged.
